SET 2014 (Geneva)

Professor David Reay and Ahmad Mustaffar attended the SET conference in August, giving the following oral presentations:

	"The role of process intensification in improving the energy efficiency of power generation" by David A. Reay (Key Note address)
	"Thermal energy storage - the role of the heat pipe in performance enhancement" by David A. Reay
	"A novel method for enhancing phase change material performance using expanded metal mesh: a simulation study" by Ahmad Mustaffar, Adam P. Harvey and David A. Reay

CHISA 2014 (Prague)

Dr Valentine Eze and Richard Abernethy attended the CHISA conference in September, giving the following oral presentations:

Dr Vladimir Zivkovic attended the 13th IMRET in June, giving the following oral presentation:

Dr Vladimir Zivkovic attended the 7th World Congress on Particle Technology in May, giving the following invited oral presentation:

NSF Workshop on Process Intensification (Washington DC)

Prof Adam Harvey gave an invited presentation entitled "Process Intensification" at the NSF Workshop on Process Intensification, Washington DC, 30th September-1st October 2014.
